2001年从庆尚北道永川移居大邱寿城区的庆焕是一名日本文化爱好者。这样的庆焕得知坐在自己旁边的班长在民也听日语歌曲，两人变得亲近起来。因为在民经常帮助难以适应寿城区环境的庆焕，所以两人总是形影不离。与此同时，庆焕听到了在民的秘密，庆焕也决定向在民说出自己的秘密。然而，在庆焕说出这个秘密后，在民开始对庆焕变得冷淡，他的学校朋友也开始排斥他。尽管如此，庆焕仍然想和在民做朋友。
